Meet the Team
Nathan
General Manager/Owner
Nathan has been the proud general manager and owner of Elevate Exterior Washing for over four years. He became aware of the company while living in Calgary. After one visit to Victoria, he was sold on how beautiful the city was, so he decided to make the move and buy the company. He's been running it ever since. He loves the feeling of having satisfied clients. He also loves seeing Elevate's employees take pride in their work and grow in their roles as part of a tight-knit group. He focuses on being aware of clients' changing needs and ensuring Elevate adapts as necessary. Outside of work, Nathan's joys in life are spending time with friends, family and his partner, Kari, and their two dogs, Cassie and Pippi.
Dan
Technician
Dan likes to work out at the gym. He enjoys long walks and camping. Dan regularly attends church. He is highly skilled in the proper maintenance of the equipment.
George
Technician
George has a background in biochemistry and several years of experience working outdoors in landscaping and exterior maintenance. He enjoys camping, hiking, and spending time in nature. He’s excited to bring that same love of the outdoors to helping homes and properties look their best.
Jess
Technician
Jess has spent much of their life working outside. They enjoy being off the ground, so when they're not on a roof, you can find them up in a tree or at a climbing gym instead.
Gage
Technician
Gage spends most of his free time staying active, whether that’s in ultimate frisbee, skiing, backpacking, or playing one of the many other sports he enjoys. He also has a strong interest in travel, fashion, and cooking, and is always looking for something new to get involved in. He’s naturally outgoing, competitive, and curious, and enjoys bringing that energy into everything he takes on.
Tavian
Marketing Representative
Tavian is currently attending the University of Victoria. He is excited to go out and make connections with all the fantastic people on this island!
Caleb
Marketing Representative
Caleb is a hardworking and outgoing person who enjoys hiking, cars, football, and travelling. He enjoys meeting new people and taking on new experiences.

Morale Manager
Cassie is the designated office greeter. She loves any kind of treat. She is responsible for helping provide an inviting environment.
