We start by removing the medium-large moss chunks using a brush. This process removes the majority of the visible moss from your roof. We do not brush the small moss chunks because it is easier on your roof. A chemical solution is then sprayed on with the pressure of a garden hose. It immediately neutralizes the small moss chunks. They will turn white and brown, meaning they are dead. It takes an industry standard of 2-6 months for the small moss chunks to fall off the roof, leaving a moss-free roof.

Window Cleaning
Our team will clean your windows using our industry-leading water purifier, telescoping pole, and boar's hair brush.
Our poles go up to 30 feet, so any of your high windows we can get from the ground. On the end of the pole is a brush; that brush removes the dirt, then we have purified water rinsing the dirt off the glass. The purified water stays on the glass and air-dries spot-free.
Gutter Cleaning
Depending on the steepness of your roof, we'll either do the gutters from the roof or from a ladder. We're hand-scooping wet debris, leaf blowing dry debris. Any debris that lands on the ground, we're sure to clean up. All the debris goes into pails that we take with us. Next, we check the downspouts to make sure they're clear so that water can flow down properly for your gutters' drainage system.
Pressure Washing
We use a pressure washer wand to remove large organic materials such as moss, grime and dirt. A rotating, circular surface cleaner attached to the power washer is used to achieve an even, consistent clean. Excess water is moved away so that it can drain, and the washed areas can dry.
